Kindly contact me right away if you are not satisfied, or it didn’t meet your expectation, or any reasons would like to return it. Feel free to message me ilynlodahl@gmail.com.  For everybody’s peace of mind, I want to ensure my client’s 100% complete satisfaction. Whenever you receive the artwork you have 7 days to decide whether to keep it or send it back to the original artwork in its original condition. Full refund within 7 days of receiving the artwork “not including the cost of shipping”, means “No free returns”, you will have to incur the cost of shipping for returning undamaged artwork.

If you fail to notify us to return the undamaged artwork within 7 days of receiving or if you fail to ship the work within 7 days… Unfortunately, you will “not be eligible for a full refund “.

Undamaged artwork must be returned in the same condition in which they were received as well as the packaging or you will forgo refund.

Once I received the returned undamaged artwork I will start the refund process to your source-of payment( deduction of shipping cost/international custom fees).

For payments taken from a bank account or PayPal balance, money will be refunded back into the customer’s PayPal balance. Typically, refunds will be completed within three to five days but may appear instantly as ‘Pending’ in your customer’s PayPal account.

A debit card refund takes a couple of days to process. Generally between 7-10 business days. In the best-case scenario, it could take up to 3 days depending on your bank.

FREE SHIPPING ORIGINAL ARTWORK (USA BOUND ONLY FOR FREE SHIPPING)

As soon as I received your order, I will start to get the artwork ready for transit.

  • FULFILLMENT –  It takes 1-5 days to fulfill an order.
  • SHIPPING –  Shipping time depends on the delivery method and delivery destination.
  • DELIVERY – Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it’s delivered to the end address.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can quickly check the status of a current order with your order number and email address. As soon as your art ships, I will send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

IS MY PACKAGED ENSURE?

I guarantee your satisfaction 100% to secure your package. On the rare chance that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, just contact me ilynlodahl@gmail and I will help you out as best as I could.
